Will Flanagan coach in the NRL again?

It’s not over.South Sydney coach Wayne Bennett has reportedly sent a legal demand to the Broncos, seeking a further $400,000 payout following his extraordinary sacking from the club.Just weeks after the veteran coach finalised a three-year deal at the Rabbitohs through to the end of the 2021 season, Bennett has turned back around on his former club. The Courier-Mail exclusively reports Bennett has sent a letter to the Broncos demanding a full payout of the value of the contract that was torn up earlier this month. The report claims Bennett changed his mind about suing the Broncos after it was revealed he was sacked on
the grounds that he breached the terms of his contract by reportedly having regular conversations with Rabbitohs players and officials while still contracted to the Broncos. It was reported at the time of his sacking that Bennett would not receive a cent of his football contract — but was paid out more than $300,000 — the image-rights component of his contract.Widespread reports claimed two weeks ago that Bennett had ruled out the possibility of suing the Broncos. He has since changed his mind. His fresh demand for a further $400,000 was sent to Broncos chief executive Paul White on December 14. The club has reportedly responded by asking for a full month to calculate how best to address Bennett’s claims.
